Which marketplaces do you support?

Will we have a dedicated account manager?

Yes. Every client works with a dedicated account team including a senior account manager and platform-specific specialists (advertising, operations, creative). Our 1:3 client-to-expert ratio ensures you receive personalized attention - not the 30+ client loads common at larger agencies.

How often will we communicate?

Communication cadence is customized to your preferences. Standard packages include weekly email updates, bi-weekly strategy calls, and monthly business reviews. You'll also have direct Slack/email access to your team for urgent needs. Larger accounts may have daily check-ins during peak seasons.

Do you work with our existing tools and systems?

Absolutely. We integrate with your existing tech stack including ERPs, inventory management systems, accounting software, and CRM platforms. Our iDerive platform is designed to complement (not replace) your existing tools by providing unified analytics and workflow automation.

What happens if we want to bring management in-house later?

We support that transition seamlessly. We provide full documentation of strategies, campaign structures, creative assets, and operational processes. Many clients start with full-service management and transition to our advisory/support model as they build internal teams. Technical & Compliance

How do you handle compliance for regulated categories like supplements?

Our team includes specialists with deep expertise in FDA regulations, AAFCO guidelines (pet food), CPSIA requirements (children's products), and platform-specific policies. Can you help recover a suspended Amazon account?

Do you provide Amazon fee audits and reimbursements?
